We are very sad to say our Braille Award Machine is broken.
We are trying to get it fixed but it is taking longer than expected.
Due to unforeseen technical issues, our machinery has experienced significant breakdowns. Unfortunately, these critical machines are not being repaired promptly, which has directly impacted our ability to manufacture the awards as originally scheduled. Please know that we are fully committed to quality and precision, and we have been actively working with our service providers to expedite repairs and restore our production capabilities. However, despite our best efforts, we must temporarily pause the production runs until these issues are definitively resolved.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause and truly appreciate your understanding and patience.
Please know that this decision has not been made lightly, and it weighs heavily on my heart.
